Sending Template
The WhatsApp API allows users to send session messages to customers within a 24-hour messaging window. Users can reply with any content during this time and send templates when the reply window is open.
Send a template
Step 1: Click on the "WhatsApp" icon
Step 2: Click on Insert Message template
Step 3: Select Insert message template
it opens a pop-up modal that shows the templates in the categories of “Starred” , “All templates”, "Marketing templates", "Utility templates", "Authentication templates"
Step 4: The selected template will appear in your chat box. Once it is there, click Send
to deliver it to your customer.
If you mistakenly chose the wrong template, simply click on Clear
and start the process again from the beginning.
