To search through conversations across all channels, simply enter keywords, contact names, or phone numbers into the search bar located on the staff view selector. This will allow you to find all your existing conversations.
Search results will appear in two segments:
PEOPLE will display relevant contact information.
MESSAGE will display relevant content.
