Common questions about Flow Builder

1. Can Flow Builder support all the channels available on SleekFlow?

Flow Builder currently only supports the WhatsApp (Cloud API) channel. Other channels will be available in the future. Stay tuned!

2. How do I view who has enrolled/ entered into the flow I created?

To view the flow log, simply go to the Flow Builder page, under the specific flow, click on
in the Flow log column. You will see a list of contacts that have been enrolled into the flow with different statuses.

3. Can I duplicate an existing flow?

Yes! Navigate to the desired flow and click on the 3 dots icon. From the options that appear, select Duplicate.

4. I have already set up automation in SleekFlow 1.0. Can I create a new flow in SleekFlow 2.0? Can both switch on at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to create a new flow in SleekFlow 2.0 while having automation rules set up in SleekFlow 1.0. Automation and flow builders can coexist.
However, it is highly recommended to avoid having the same conditions for automation and flow to prevent triggering the same actions twice.
