Create instant interactive messages directly from your chat box.

Create Interactive Message

Step 1: Click on the "WhatsApp" icon located at the bottom left of the chatbox.

Step 2: Click on "Create Interactive Message"

A pop-up window will appear to create the interactive message.

Two types of Interactive Messages: Quick Reply and List Messages.

Quick Reply

Choose "Quick Reply" on the Button Type.

Type in the message that you prefer and add content for the buttons.

You can add up to three buttons in a single Interactive Message.

Preview the Interactive Message on the right before sending it.

Click Confirm to display the Interactive Message in your chatbox. Click Send to deliver it to your customer.

List Message

Choose "List Message" on the Button Type.

Type in the Message that you prefer and the List title

Provide all necessary details for the list message, including the Section Title (optional), Item Name, and Description (optional).

You can add up to 5 sections of the List in your Interactive message.

Preview the interactive message on the right before sending it.

Click Confirm to display the Interactive Message in your chatbox. Click Send to deliver it to your customer.
