Custom objects and contacts

You can interact with your custom object records within the SleekFlow Inbox and contact profiles. Learn how to view and create custom object records in inbox and contact profile in SleekFlow.

Inbox

To view the custom object records in the Inbox, simply open the Inbox. In the Inbox contact panel, click on the custom object icon. You can view all of the associated records with the Inbox’s contact info.

You can follow the steps below to create a custom object record, in the inbox contact panel custom object tab.

• If this is your first custom object records for the selected object, you can click on the “Create new record” button
• If you are creating an additional custom object record, you can click on the “+” icon next to the custom object name

Contacts

To view the custom object records in the contact profile, click on the “Associations” tab in the contact details page, all of the records associated with the contact are displayed on this tab.

You can follow the steps below to create a custom object record, in the contact details page - Associations tab.

• If there is no existing custom object record for the select object,, you can click on the “Create new record” button

• If you are creating an additional custom object record, you can click on the “+ Create new record” button next to the custom object name
