Channel Switch

Manage all your multiple channels with just one click to switch between each channel and handle chats efficiently.

Messaging Channel

If your account is connected to multiple channels, you can switch the messaging channel to which the contact is replying.

You can easily view the current message channel under the contact person's name.

To view all connected channels and select a different one, click on the "v" button next to the channel name. Then, click on the desired channel to switch to it.

After successfully switching to the selected channel, a notification will pop up indicating that the channel has been changed successfully.
