Conversation Status
You can switch chat statuses between "Open" and "Closed" from the Chat module.
Open - A new message received from a contact will be in "Open" status.
Alternatively, the conversation may already be ongoing and you may be expecting a reply from the customer soon.
To manually close the conversation, hover over the "..." button and select the "Close Conversation
" action.
Broadcast Messages
If you send broadcast messages to contacts that you have not previously conversed with on SleekFlow, their conversation status will default to "Closed". You can re-open the conversation.
When a customer replies to a "Closed" conversation, the status will automatically change to "Open".
