Learn how to filter your conversations effectively

To filter your conversations, click the Filter icon next to the Sort icon on the search bar. You can filter by channel type, labels, contact owner, or collaborator.

Filter by Channel

To view a specific conversation on a certain channel when connected to multiple channels, use the filter option.

Click the Filter icon next to the sort icon on top of the search bar. Then select Channels and choose the channels to filter by.

Filter by Labels

You can filter conversations based on the labels added to the customer.

Filter by Members

To determine if users are collaborators or contact owners in a specific conversation, you can filter by Members.

Click the filter icon, and then click on Members. From there, you can select the users you would like to filter by.

Alternatively, you can search for the user's name using the search bar above.

Filter by Unread

By applying the "Unread" filter, you will be able to view the messages that you haven't read yet.

Click on the filter icon and select the checkbox next to "Unread".

When you select the "unread" checkbox and choose a specific user, the result will display the conversations with that user that contain unread messages.
