Action nodes perform specific tasks within a flow. They represent the actions your flow will execute when triggered, enabling you to automate responses, update contact information, manage conversations, and integrate with external systems.

In this article, a summary of all the different flow actions is provided so you can choose the right ones to meet your business needs. The table below outlines all available action nodes and the task they perform:
 

Action name Description
Send message Sends a message to the customer through a specified messaging channel
Send media Sends media files, such as images, videos, or documents, to the customer
Add internal note Adds an internal note to the customer's conversation for your team members to reference
Update contact Updates a customer's contact property with new information
Add to list Adds a customer to a specific contact list
Remove from list Removes a customer from a specific contact list
Add label Adds a label to a customer's contact profile
Remove label Removes a label from a customer's contact profile
Change conversation status Changes the status of a customer's conversation, such as opening or closing it
Assign to Assigns the customer's conversation to a specific user or team
Add collaborator Adds another user or team member as a collaborator on the customer's conversation
Remove collaborator Removes a user or team member as a collaborator on the customer's conversation
Send triggered message webhook Sends a webhook to an external platform with information about the customer's incoming message
Send contact webhook Sends a webhook to an external platform with information about the customer
Send HTTP request Sends a HTTP request to an external API or endpoint
