AI Knowledge Base is only available to:

  • Companies that are on a paid plan (i.e. Pro or above)
  • Users on Admin roles

“SleekFlow AI knowledge base” allows you to upload materials about your company and its products and services and build an extensive information library where the SleekFlow AI exclusively learns from. In this article, you will learn how to upload and manage knowledge sources in the “AI Knowledge base”.

Upload sources to the knowledge base

Follow the steps outlined below to upload your business’ source materials to the AI Knowledge Base:

  1. Navigate to the “SleekFlow AI” section in the left-hand navigation panel,
  2. Make sure you are on the “Library”  tab of the “SleekFlow AI” module,
  3. Click on the “Add new source” button at the top right side, above the knowledge base table, and proceed to the relevant source material type in the section below.

Upload PDF sources

AI knowledge base currently only supports sources that are in .PDF file format, with more source types planned in the future

You can upload PDF files as source materials to the “AI knowledge base” by following the steps below:

  1. You can either drag and drop PDF files into the upload area, or click “Upload .PDF file(s)” and choose the PDF files from your system’s file finder.
  2. You should note that there is a per-file maximum size limit of 10MB and a maximum number of pages of 300. You will be able to upload up to 10 files at a time, given that it does not exceed your knowledge base’s overall page limit.
  3. Once you have uploaded your selected PDF file(s), these files will be displayed in the table below. You will be able to see the file’s name, file size, and number of pages the PDF file contains. You can also remove the file from upload by clicking on theicon.
  4. You can click on the “Import” button at the bottom right of the page when you are ready to import your uploaded PDF files.
  5. Once the file is imported, you will be redirected to the knowledge base library page, where you can view the training progress of the uploaded source material under the “Training status” column of the knowledge base table.

Manage your knowledge base

Once you have uploaded source materials to your company’s knowledge base library, you will be able to view and manage all of your source materials within the table in the “Library” tab of the AI module. Usage limits

Each company is given an allowance of 1,000 total pages across all uploaded sources in the company’s knowledge base. You can see your company’s remaining page limit available using the “Storage” progress bar at the top left corner of the Library page. We currently do not support increasing this global page limit for knowledge base sources.
