AI Assistant is accessible directly within the mobile app, allowing you to stay focused and respond faster.

Accessing AI Assistant on mobile
You can access AI Assistant from two entry points in the mobile app:
From Inbox
- Tap the
AI Assistant floating button
- Opens a chat without a specific conversation context
From a customer conversation
- Open any conversation
- Tap “Ask AI”

- Opens AI Assistant with the conversation context included
This allows AI Assistant to provide more relevant, context-aware suggestions.
Start chatting with AI Assistant
Once opened, the AI Assistant chat window appears immediately.
You can:
- Select from suggested prompts to get started
- Type your own question in the message bar
This helps you quickly begin without needing to figure out what to ask.
Ask AI Assistant for support
AI Assistant can help you during conversations in multiple ways:
- Search for relevant company policies
- Recommend suitable products
- Answer follow-up questions to refine your understanding
You can continue asking questions to get more precise or useful results before replying to the customer.
Review and refine suggested replies
When used inside a customer conversation, AI Assistant can generate a reply draft for you.

- Click “Draft a reply” in the “Insights” section
- The suggested reply appears in the AI Assistant chat

- Review the response before using it
- Ask AI Assistant to refine it (e.g., make it shorter, clearer, or adjust tone)
This gives you control over the final message while saving time on drafting.
Add reply to the message composer
When you’re satisfied with the suggested reply:
- Tab “Insert to text box”
- Review or edit the message in the message text box within the conversation with the customer
- Send it to the customer
This ensures accuracy before sending.
Turn off AI Assistant on mobile
If needed, you can disable AI Assistant.
You can follow the steps to disable AI Assistant:
- Tab the “My profile”
icon on the bottom right corner - Tab “System preferences”

- Toggle off the “AI Assistant”

When disabled:
- All AI Assistant entry points will be hidden from the mobile app
