Note: Setting up “Integration disconnection alerts” is optional but recommended to ensure you’re promptly notified of any integration issues.

 

 

The “Integration disconnection alerts” feature ensures you stay informed about the status of your connected integrations. With this feature, you can configure email or WhatsApp notifications to be sent whenever a connected integration is disconnected, allowing for quick action to minimize disruptions

 

Setting up “Integration disconnection alerts”

In this section, we will guide you through setting up your “Integration disconnection alerts”.
There are 2 ways to access this feature’s settings page.
 

Accessing through the “Integrations” dashboard

You can access the “Integration disconnection alerts” settings page through the “Integrations” dashboard by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the “Integrations” page by clicking the icon on the left-navigation bar
  2. Within the “Integrations” dashboard, click on the “Manage alerts” button on the top-right corner

     
  3. You will be redirected to the “Integration disconnection alerts” settings page

 

Accessing through “Company settings” page

  1. Go to the “Company settings” page by clicking the icon on the left-navigation bar
  2. On the menu bar on the left, click “Integration disconnection alerts”

     
  3. You will be redirected to the “Integration disconnection alerts” settings page
     

Managing “Integration disconnection alerts” settings

Configuring “Integration disconnection alerts” settings

You can choose to receive alerts via email or WhatsApp. You can follow the steps below to add WhatsApp phone numbers or email:

  1. In the “Integration disconnection alerts” settings page, input the WhatsApp phone numbers and/or email address where you would like to receive alerts

     
  2. Once you have finished inputting the email addresses and WhatsApp phone numbers, click “Save”

 

Note: You can add up to 10 WhatsApp phone numbers and 10 emails for this “Integration disconnection alerts” feature.

 

 

Removing existing WhatsApp phone number or email

You can follow the steps here to remove existing WhatsApp phone numbers or email addresses:

  1. In the “Integration disconnection alerts” settings page, locate the WhatsApp phone number or email address you would like to delete
  2. Click on the icon next to the item you want to delete
  3. Click “Save” to save the changes
  4. The phone number or email you have removed will no longer receive any disconnection alert

 

Reconnecting your integration
