Integrating SleekFlow with HubSpot

Integrating HubSpot with SleekFlow boosts lead management and automates follow-ups. Sync various record details between HubSpot and SleekFlow, and use Flow Builder to design complex workflows. Manage conversations, automate workflows, and create broadcast campaigns for enhanced efficiency and collaboration.

In this article, we will guide you through connecting and managing your HubSpot companies with SleekFlow.
 

Note: HubSpot integration is currently in limited access. Please contact our team to enable this feature for your workspace.

 

 

Connecting a HubSpot company

🔒 The information in this section applies only to Admin account users

 

 

You can follow the steps below to set up your HubSpot integration:

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand navigation bar
  2. You will be redirected to the “Integrations” page
  3. Under “CRM integrations” section, you will find the “HubSpot” section
  4. Click on the “Connect” button, you will then be redirected to the “Connect HubSpot” page
  5. in the “Connect HubSpot” page, you can select whether to connect to a HubSpot production site or a HubSpot Sandbox

     
  6. After selecting the integration environment, click the “Continue onHubSpot” button at the bottom of the page
  7. You will be redirected to the HubSpot log-in page. Log in and authorize access on HubSpot
  8. You will be redirected back to the HubSpot dashboard on SleekFlow once the connection is successful

 

Note on connecting a HubSpot sandbox environment:
When data records on HubSpot sandbox match conditions match a flow created in Flow Builder, it will trigger the flow and any subsequent actions. This may result in test data records syncing into SleekFlow.

 

 

Managing your connected HubSpot companies

ℹ️ You need to have at least one HubSpot company to SleekFlow to review and manage the connected HubSpot companies.

 

 

You can review and manage all of your connected HubSpot companies in the HubSpot dashboard, to access the dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand navigation bar to go to the “Integrations” page
  2. Under “CRM integrations” section, you will find the “HubSpot” integration
  3. Click on “Manage integration”, and you will be redirected to HubSpot dashboard

 

Renaming your HubSpot company

To rename the HubSpot company, follow the steps below:

  1. In the HubSpot dashboard, hover on the HubSpot company you would like to rename
  2. Click on the button, and select “Rename”
  3. Rename the company in the “Company name” text box
  4. Click “Rename” and your company name will be updated

 

By renaming the company, you will only rename the company name displayed in SleekFlow. The change will not be applied to the company name on HubSpot.

 

 

Deleting your HubSpot company

To delete your HubSpot company, follow the steps below:

  1. In the HubSpot dashboard, hover on the HubSpot company you would like to delete from
  2. Click on the button, and select “Delete”
  3. A warning modal will show up, click “Delete” to confirm the action
  4. Your HubSpot company will be deleted from your SleekFlow account

 

Re-connecting your HubSpot company

There might be occasions when your HubSpot integration is disconnected. For example, the authorization expired. In these cases, your HubSpot company connection status will be changed to “Disconnected”, and any flows with the HubSpot node that has the company selected will fail to perform the relevant trigger or action.
 

To resolve this, you can reconnection your connection by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the HubSpot dashboard
  2. Click on the button of the HubSpot company you would like to reconnect. This button only appears for connections that are “Disconnected”.

Mapping users between SleekFlow and HubSpot

 

Note: This step is optional and can be completed based on your specific needs.

 


Mapping users between SleekFlow and HubSpot allows you to synchronize user information and enhance collaboration between the two platforms. While this step is optional, it can provide several benefits:

  1. Unified user management: By mapping HubSpot and SleekFlow users, you can sync information between both platforms, ensuring consistency and up-to-date user data. This reduces errors and improves communication among team members.
  2. Streamlined communication: Facilitate better communication and collaboration among team members by having access to updated user data.
  3. Automated processes: Enable automation of workflows that involve both SleekFlow and HubSpot, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

 

To map the users between the platforms, follow the steps below:

  1. In the HubSpot Dashboard, select “Manage settings” for the company you want to map users for
  2. Under the “SleekFlow user” dropdown, select the SleekFlow user you want to map, then choose the associated HubSpot user

  3. To map additional users, click on “+ Add new mapping.” A new row will appear for you to fill in.
  4. Once you have completed all the mappings, click “Save” to save your changes.
  5. When a new contact is synced from HubSpot, it is automatically assigned to the corresponding SleekFlow user based on the mapping. Likewise, when a contact is created in HubSpot, the contact owner in SleekFlow will be assigned according to this mapping when the contact syncs to SleekFlow.

 

Utilizing your HubSpot connection

Once you have successfully connected your HubSpot company to SleekFlow, you can leverage this integration to enhance your workflows using SleekFlow’s Flow Builder. With your HubSpot data at your fingertips, you can automate processes, streamline communication, and create personalized experiences for your customers.

By utilizing the HubSpot nodes in the Flow Builder, you can perform various actions, such as retrieving customer information, updating records, and triggering events based on specific criteria.
