All trigger nodes require setting up in a node form, where you can further specify the parameters for a flow to be triggered. In this article, we will guide you on how to set up Facebook Lead Ads trigger nodes so you can initiate your flows based on expected circumstances.
Before setting up your “Facebook Lead Ads” trigger nodes, ensure that you have already integrated your Facebook Lead Ads with SleekFlow. You can follow the steps in this Help Center article to complete the connection.
Facebook Lead Ad record created
The “Facebook Lead Ad record created” trigger activates whenever a new record is created in the selected Facebook Lead Ad form. This means the flow is triggered when a potential lead completes the specified lead ad form on Facebook, allowing you to automate subsequent actions.
Note: There may be a delay of up to 15 minutes in triggering the flow due to Facebook’s sync limitations.
Here are a few ways you can leverage the Facebook Lead Ad record created trigger:
-
Send a follow-up message with more information
- When someone expresses interest in an ad and fills out the lead form, you can automatically send a personalized message to provide more details about the product or service. This ensures timely engagement and helps keep the lead interested.
-
Add the contact to a list for future broadcasts
- After a lead submits the form, add them to a specific contact list. This list can be used for future broadcast campaigns, such as updates, promotions, or newsletters, helping you maintain ongoing communication with the lead.
You can follow the steps below to set up the “Facebook Lead Ad record created” trigger node:
- Click on the node to open up its form, which will appear on the right side of the screen
- Select a Facebook Lead Ad form. If no Lead Ad form is connected, you can refer to this Help Center article to connect and set up your Facebook Lead Ad form
- The node form contains the following fields for you to set up the trigger:
- Facebook Lead Ad form: Select the Facebook Lead Ad form you want to use as the trigger of the flow
- Enrollment conditions: Toggle this on to define the criteria that Facebook Lead Ad form records must meet to be enrolled in the flow
- Add conditions: To specify additional criteria, click “+ Add conditions” and input the required details for records to qualify for enrollment in the flow
