Integrating SleekFlow with Zoho CRM

Integrating Zoho CRM with SleekFlow allows you to sync customer data seamlessly between both platforms, ensuring that your sales and support teams have up-to-date information for better engagement. With this integration, you can automate workflows, enrich customer interactions, and streamline marketing efforts.

Common use cases include:

  • Sync records between platforms: Keep contact and deal information updated across Zoho CRM and SleekFlow, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency

Connecting a Zoho CRM account

🔒 The information in this section applies only to Admin account users

 

 

You can follow the steps below to set up your Zoho integration:

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand navigation bar 
  2. You will be redirected to the “Integrations” page
  3. Under “CRM integrations” section, you will find the “Zoho CRM” section

     
  4. Click on the “Connect” button, you will then be redirected to the “Connect Zoho CRM” page
  5. In the “Connect Zoho CRM” page, you can select whether to connect to a Zoho CRM product site or a Zoho CRM Sandbox

     
  6. After selecting the integration environment, click the “Continue on Zoho CRM” button at the bottom of the page
  7. You will be redirected to the Zoho CRM log-in page. Log in and authorize access on Zoho CRM
  8. You will be redirected back to the Zoho CRM dashboard on SleekFlow once the connection is successful
     

Note on connecting a Zoho CRM sandbox account:
When data records on Zoho CRM sandbox match conditions match a flow created in Flow Builder, it will trigger the flow and any subsequent actions. This may result in test data records syncing into SleekFlow.

 

 

Managing your connected Zoho CRM account

🔒 The information in this section applies only to Admin account users.

 

ℹ️ You need to have at least one Zoho CRM account to SleekFlow to review and manage the connected Zoho CRM connection.

 

 

You can review and manage all of your connected Zoho CRM account in the Zoho CRM dashboard, to access the dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the  icon on the left-hand navigation bar to go to the “Integrations” page
  2. Under “CRM integrations” section, you will find the “Zoho CRM” integration

     
  3. Click on “Manage integration”, and you will be redirected to Zoho CRM dashboard

 

Renaming your Zoho CRM account

To rename your Zoho CRM acount, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Zoho CRM dashboard, hover on the Zoho CRM account you would like to rename
  2. Click on the button, and select “Rename”

     
  3. Rename the account in the “Connection name” text box
  4. Click “Rename” and your account name will be updated
     

By renaming the account, you will only rename the account name displayed in SleekFlow. The change will not be applied to the account name on Zoho CRM.

 

 

Deleting your Zoho CRM account

To delete your Zoho CRM account, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Zoho CRM dashboard, hover on the Zoho CRM account you would like to disconnect from
  2. Click on the button, and select “Delete”
  3. A warning modal will show up, click “Delete” to confirm the disconnection
  4. Your Zoho CRM account will be disconnected from your SleekFlow account
     

Re-connecting your Zoho CRM account

There might be occasions when your Zoho CRM integration is disconnected. For example, the authorization expired. In these cases, your Zoho CRM account connection status will be changed to “Disconnected”, and any flows with the Zoho CRM node that has the account selected will fail to perform the relevant trigger or action.

To resolve this, you can reconnect your connection by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Zoho CRM dashboard
  2. Click on the button of the Zoho CRM account you would like to reconnect. This button only appears for connections that are “Disconnected”.

Mapping users between SleekFlow and Zoho CRM

Note: This step is optional and can be completed based on your specific needs.

 

 

Mapping users between SleekFlow and Zoho CRM allows you to synchronize user information and enhance collaboration between the two platforms. While this step is optional, it can provide several benefits:

  1. Unified user management: By mapping Zoho CRM and SleekFlow users, you can sync information between both platforms, ensuring consistency and up-to-date user data. This reduces errors and improves communication among team members.
  2. Streamlined communication: Facilitate better communication and collaboration among team members by having access to updated user data.
  3. Automated processes: Enable automation of workflows that involve both SleekFlow and Zoho CRM, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

To map the users between the platforms, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Zoho CRM Dashboard, select “Manage settings” for the account you want to map users for

     
  2. Under the “SleekFlow user” dropdown, select the SleekFlow user you want to map, then choose the associated Zoho CRM user.



     
  3. To map additional users, click on “+ Add new mapping.” A new row will appear for you to fill in.
  4. Once you have completed all the mappings, click “Save” to save your changes.
  5. When a new contact is synced from Zoho CRM, it is automatically assigned to the corresponding SleekFlow user based on the mapping. Likewise, when a contact is created in Zoho CRM, the contact owner in SleekFlow will be assigned according to this mapping when the contact syncs to SleekFlow.
     

Utilizing your Zoho CRM Connection

Once you have successfully connected your Zoho CRM account to SleekFlow, you can leverage this integration to enhance your workflows using SleekFlow’s Flow Builder. With your Zoho CRM data at your fingertips, you can automate processes, streamline communication, and create personalized experiences for your customers.
