Enabling Shopify integration in AgentFlow
Note: You are required to have at least 1 Shopify store connected to SleekFlow to enable this feature. You can refer to this Help Center article to learn more about Shopify integration.
You can follow the steps below to enable Shopify integration in AgentFlow:
- Click on the
icon in the left navigation bar to go to AgentFlow page
- Locate an existing AI agent you want to enable Shopify integration with
- Click on “1. Knowledge base” in the left-handed panel
- In the “Knowledge base” tab, click on “Integrations” at the top
- Locate “Shopify” integration in this “Integrations” page
- Toggle on the “Shopify” integration
- Once you have toggled on the “Shopify” integration, you will be able to select a Shopify store for this AI agent
⚠️ Note: A single Shopify store cannot be assigned to multiple AI agents at the same time. If the store is already linked to one agent, it will not be available for selection in another agent’s setup.
- If Shopify is not yet connected in your account, when toggling on the “Shopify” integration:
- You’ll be prompted to redirect to the Integrations page. Click on “Continue to Integrations” button to continue.
- Follow the Shopify connection steps there before returning to AgentFlow. You can refer to this Help Center article to learn more about Shopify integration and how to connect to Shopify.
- You’ll be prompted to redirect to the Integrations page. Click on “Continue to Integrations” button to continue.
Managing your Shopify integration for AI agent
After enabling Shopify in AgentFlow, you may need to update or adjust the connection later.
Changing store
If you need to connect a different Shopify store to an AI agent:
- Click on the
icon in the left navigation bar to go to AgentFlow page
- Locate an existing AI agent you want to enable Shopify integration with
- Click on “1. Knowledge base” in the left-handed panel
- In the “Knowledge base” tab, click on “Integrations” at the top
- Locate “Shopify” integration in this “Integrations” page, and make sure the toggle is turned on.
- From the dropdown, select a different store that is already connected to your SleekFlow account.
- The system will automatically save your changes. The new store will now be used by this AI agent.
Remove integration from AI agent
If you no longer want your AI agent to fetch data from Shopify:
- Click on the
icon in the left navigation bar to go to AgentFlow page
- Locate an existing AI agent you want to enable Shopify integration with
- Click on “1. Knowledge base” in the left-handed panel
- In the “Knowledge base” tab, click on “Integrations” at the top
- Locate “Shopify” integration in this “Integrations” page, and toggle off the “Shopify” integration
- The system will automatically save your changes. The Shopify store will be disconnected from this AI agent.
