Here are the features available for the Live Chat Widget in SleekFlow:

If a feature isn’t listed here, it’s currently not supported in our integration with the Live Chat Widget.
Live Chat Widget lets you engage with website visitors in real time through your connected Live Chat channel in SleekFlow. This article explains how conversations are initiated and which message types are supported.
Starting a conversation
By default, customers must initiate the first message before you can reply to them via Live Chat. Once a conversation has started, you can freely send messages as long as the customer still has the website with Live Chat open.
Note on starting a conversation via Live Chat Widget
- You cannot proactively message users who haven’t started a chat session.
- Customers can see your replies and continue the conversation as long as they stay on the site.
Supported message types in Live Chat Widget
When using SleekFlow’s Live Chat Widget to engage with website visitors, you can send and receive the following message types:
Text messages
You can compose and send plain text messages directly to your customers.
Images
You can upload and send image files within the chat window.
