You can add the SleekFlow AI Growth Widget to your Shopify store to capture more leads, answer customer questions automatically, and streamline customer support.
This guide walks you through installing the widget using your Shopify theme code.
If you’re using an Online Store 2.0 theme, the steps are the same.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Set up your AI Growth Widget before proceeding with the installation. Refer to this Help Center article to learn how to set up and manage your AI Growth Widget.
- Admin access to your Shopify store

Step 1: Navigate to the Theme Code Editor
- From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to “Online Store > Themes”
- Click the “Actions” button next to your current theme and select “Edit code”.
Step 2: Add the AI Growth Widget code snippet
- In the code editor, locate and click on the theme.liquid file on the left sidebar
- Scroll down to the bottom of the file and paste your chat widget installation script just before the closing</body>tag
- Click “Save”.
Step 3: Verify that the widget is active
After saving your theme:
- Visit your Shopify storefront
- Refresh the page
- The AI Growth Widget should appear at the bottom of your website
If it doesn’t appear:
- Clear your browser cache
- Ensure the script is placed before </body>
- Confirm the widget is set to “Active” in SleekFlow
