The “Contact form received” trigger in Flow Builder activates whenever a visitor submits a contact form through the AI Growth Widget.
It allows admins to instantly acknowledge new leads, respect consent preferences, and automatically route form submissions to the right team — ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Set up “Contact form received” trigger node
- Click on the Contact form received trigger node to open its node form, which will appear on the right side of the screen
- The node form contains the following field for you to set up the trigger:

- Filter tab
- Enrollment conditions: When toggled on, you can set specific conditions at the “Filter” tab that the customer must meet in order to be enrolled into the flow
