IP allowlisting is only avilable for Premium and Enterprise plan users

Enhance the security of your SleekFlow workspace by restricting access to specific IP addresses using IP allowlisting. This feature ensures that only users connecting from approved networks can access your company workspace, protecting your data from unauthorized access.

Setting up an IP allowlist

Follow these steps to configure an allowlist of IP addresses for your SleekFlow workspace:

1. Go to Settings and find Company details, then click on “Security”

2. Click on “IP allowlisting”
3. On the next page, toggle on “IP allowlisting”

4. In the IP allowlist section that appears below, input the set of IP addresses you would like to add to the allowlist. You can add multiple sets of IP addresses by clicking “Add IP address”
5. Click “Save”

Add IP addresses to the allowlist

For each entry in your IP allowlist, you have the option to:

  • Add a single IP address to the allowlist: You can do this by leaving the end IP address field blank.
  • Add a range of IP addresses to the allowlist: You can do this by specifying both the start IP address and end IP address.
  • Add descriptions (optional): You can add a description for each set of IP addresses to help you easily identify the corresponding network or location (e.g, “Midtown Office”).

Understanding start IP and end IP addresses

When setting up an IP allowlist, you will be asked to fill in the start IP address and end IP address. Here's what they mean and how to use them:

  • Start IP address: This is the first IP address in the range you want to allow. If you're only adding a single IP address to the allowlist, fill in this field and leave the end IP address field blank.
  • End IP address: This is the last IP address in the range you want to allow. This field is only used when you want to allowlist a range of IP addresses

Example use case:
Imagine your company has multiple offices with different networks, and you want to allow access from all of them. If the IP addresses in one office range from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.100, you would enter 192.168.1.1 as the start IP address and 192.168.1.100 as the end IP address. This way, all devices within that range can access your SleekFlow workspace.

Remove IP address from the allowlist

To remove access from a previously allowed IP address, simply delete the entry from the list and click “Save”.
