What is SleekFlow?
SleekFlow is a customer communication platform that brings all your messaging channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and more, into one place. Instead of switching between apps to reply to customers, your whole team works from a single inbox.
From there, you can:
- Reply to customers across every messaging channel from one shared inbox.
- Manage your contacts with a built-in CRM — track conversations, segment audiences, and keep customer details organized.
- Automate repetitive tasks like welcome messages, after-hours replies, and conversation routing — so the right message reaches the right person without manual work.
- Send broadcast campaigns to reach many customers at once on WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, and other channels.
- Deploy AI agents that answer customer questions, qualify leads, and hand off to your team when needed — around the clock.
Finding your way around
After you create an account and log in, you'll see a sidebar on the left. This is your main navigation — everything in SleekFlow is accessible from here.
Here's what each section does:

| Broadcasts | Send messages to many contacts at once — promotions, announcements, updates. | |
| Flow Builder | Build automated workflows visually. Set up welcome messages, route conversations, trigger actions based on customer behavior. | |

Key concepts
A few terms you'll see throughout SleekFlow:
| Term | Description |
| Conversation | A message thread between your business and a customer. Each conversation belongs to one contact and one channel. |
| Contact | A person who has messaged your business (or been added manually). Contacts have profiles with details like name, phone number, email, and custom fields. |
| Channel | A messaging platform connected to SleekFlow (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger). |
| Assignment | Who on your team is responsible for a conversation. Conversations can be assigned to a specific person, a team, or left unassigned. |
| Flow | An automated workflow built in Flow Builder. Flows have triggers (what starts them), conditions (decision points), and actions (what happens). |
| Broadcast | A message sent to many contacts at once through a single channel. |
| Label | Tags you can apply to contacts or conversations to categorize them (e.g. "VIP", "Support", "Hot lead"). |
| List | Named groups of contacts used for segmentation — useful for targeting broadcasts or filtering your contact database. |
Getting help
If you get stuck at any point:
- Help Center: Click “Help and support” at the bottom of the sidebar, then Help Center for step-by-step articles on every feature.
- WhatsApp support: Click Help and support → Chat on WhatsApp to message the SleekFlow team directly.
- Submit a ticket: For issues that need investigation, submit a support ticket from the same menu.
Next step
Most teams follow this path to get started. Each step builds on the one before it:
1. Connect a messaging channel → You need at least one channel (like WhatsApp or Instagram) so messages can flow into SleekFlow. Without this, the rest of the platform has nothing to work with.
2. Learn your Inbox → Once messages arrive, you'll use the Inbox to read and reply. You'll learn how to manage conversations, assign them to teammates, and keep things organized.
3. Organize your contacts → As conversations happen, SleekFlow automatically creates contact records. You'll learn how to view, organize, and segment your customer base.
4. Automate your workflows → Set up automated replies, conversation routing, and more complex workflows so your team can focus on conversations that need a human touch.
5. Go further → Deploy an AI agent, send your first broadcast campaign, or explore analytics to understand how your team is performing.
