With SleekFlow Mobile, you can make and receive voice calls using your connected business phone number. Your personal number is never shown to customers.

Calls made through the mobile app are recorded in your workspace’s call history, allowing your team to review the conversation and its related contact information afterward. Depending on your company’s Voice settings, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries may also be available.

Before you begin

Before using voice calls on SleekFlow Mobile, make sure the required phone number, permissions, and Voice settings have been configured.

Workspace setup

ℹ️ Note: Phone number setup, call routing, and company-wide Voice settings can only be managed from the SleekFlow web app.

A workspace admin must complete the following setup in the SleekFlow web app:

Mobile app requirements

Before making or receiving calls, make sure that you:

  • Have installed and signed in to the latest version of the SleekFlow mobile app.
  • Have granted SleekFlow access to your device’s microphone.
  • Have enabled notifications for SleekFlow so you can receive incoming call alerts while the app is running in the background.
  • Are shown as Online in SleekFlow if your company routes calls to online teammates.
  • Have permission to make or receive voice calls.
  • Have sufficient balance (more than US$15) in your SMS and Voice wallet.

Receiving incoming calls

When a customer calls your SleekFlow business phone number, the call is routed according to your company’s Voice settings.

To receive incoming calls on mobile, make sure:

  • The SleekFlow app is open or running in the background
  • You are eligible to receive the call based on the configured routing settings
  • Your status is set to Online, if calls are routed to online teammates
  • Notifications are enabled for SleekFlow
  • Your device has a stable internet connection

If a call is ringing for multiple agents (e.g. round-robin routing), you can pick it up from the incoming calls queue in the Calls tab.

ℹ️ Note: Incoming calls may not appear if you force-quit the SleekFlow app, disable notifications, or restrict the app from running in the background. Behaviour may vary depending on your device and operating system settings.

Making outbound calls

You can call an existing contact from the SleekFlowmobile app.

You can also start a voice call from:

  • A contact’s profile
    1. Click on the icon in the bottom navigation bar
    2. Select the contact you want to call to open the contact profile
    3. Click “Call”
    4. Select the business phone number you want to call from if your workspace has more than one available number

  • An existing conversation in the Inbox
    1. Click on the icon in the bottom navigation bar
    2. Select the conversation you had with a contact, and open the contact profile
    3. Click “Call”
    4. Select the business phone number you want to call from if your workspace has more than one available number

The customer will see the SleekFlow business phone number used for the call. Your personal phone number will not be shared.

Transfer a call

You can transfer an active call to another teammate who is available to receive voice calls.

To transfer a call:

  1. Tap “Transfer” on the active call screen
  2. Search for or select the teammate you want to transfer the call to
  3. Confirm the transfer

The selected teammate will receive the incoming call. If they do not answer or the transfer is unsuccessful, the call will be returned to you when possible.

Record a call

The available recording controls depend on how an admin configured recording under Voice call settings.

  • With Auto recording, calls are recorded automatically. You may be able to pause and resume the recording during the call.
  • With Manual recording, tap Record to start recording, then tap it again to pause or resume.

After the call ends, the recording will be processed and made available from the call details when recording is enabled.

ℹ️ Note: Always make sure your use of call recording complies with the applicable laws and consent requirements in your region.
