Voice call is currently in limited release. Feature availability and details may change before general release. If your workspace has access, a workspace admin can enable it from Feature previews.
To make and receive Voice calls in SleekFlow, your workspace needs at least one phone number with voice capabilities.
You can either:
- Purchase a phone number via SleekFlow
- Connect a phone number from your own Twilio account
Purchase phone numbers via SleekFlow
⚠️Phone number purchasing is currently available for United States and Hong Kong numbers only.
To use a phone number from another country or region, you can connect an existing Twilio number to SleekFlow or purchase a number via Twilio before connecting it.
You can purchase and manage phone numbers directly through SleekFlow.
With this option:
- Usage charges are deducted from your SMS and Voice wallet
- Available countries and number types depend on SleekFlow’s supported coverage
- Verification requirements may vary by number type and region
- You do not need to create or manage a separate Twilio account
This option is best suited to teams that want a simpler setup and prefer to manage their phone numbers, usage, and billing in SleekFlow.

Connect a phone number from your own Twilio account
You can connect an existing voice-capable Twilio number to SleekFlow. Or you can create a Twilio account and purchase a number via Twilio before connecting it.
With this option:
- The phone number remains in your Twilio account
- Your team manages the Twilio account and credentials
- Usage charges are billed directly by Twilio
- Provider-side setup and compliance requirements are managed in Twilio
- The SleekFlow SMS and Voice wallet is not used for Twilio charges
This option is generally better suited to teams that already use Twilio, want to retain an existing number, or need greater control over their provider account.
⚠️ A phone number connected from Twilio must support voice calls. Not all Twilio numbers are compatible with SleekFlow Voice.
ℹ️To connect a number from your Twilio account, see Connecting your Twilio number to SleekFlow.
