Before starting the verification process, you will find the required information you will need to prepare to submit your registration, including:

Use case description (max 1,000 characters) - Briefly explain what you’ll use the toll-free number for, including what messages you send and how customers opt in.
Sample message (max 1,000 characters) - Provide an example of a real SMS you’ll send. Include opt-in/opt-out language when applicable (for example, “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

Step 5: Describe your opt-in type and how recipients provide consent

In this step, you will need to provide a clear description of how the recipients opt-in to receive your messages. You will need to list all opt-in methods, and include links to your privacy policy and terms of service if you are using a website.

- Paste one or more URLs that show where customers give consent to receive SMS (such as your website’s opt-in page or a screenshot hosted online).
- The URL must start with https://.
