In this article, we will guide you through managing your connected Instagram channels on SleekFlow. If you haven’t connected any Instagram channels to SleekFlow, you can follow the steps in our Instagram channel connection Help Center article.Â

Accessing Instagram channel settings page
You can follow the steps below to go to the Instagram channel settings page:
- Go to “Channels” by clicking on the icon on the left navigation bar. YOu will then land on the channel settings page
- On the menu bar on the left, click “Instagram”
- When there is at least one account connected to SleekFlow, a green checkmark will appear next to the platform name.
- When there is at least one account connected to SleekFlow, a green checkmark will appear next to the platform name.

In this setting page, you will be able to see the list of all Instagram accounts you have connected to SleekFlow, along with the following details of each account:
- A List of all connected Instagram accounts, the account name and the account ID
- The connection status of each account. The connection status of each account indicates whether it’s currently active in SleekFlow. There are two status types:
- Connected: The account is successfully connected to SleekFlow and active, allowing you to send and receive messages.
- Disconnected: The account is no longer connected to SleekFlow. Messages cannot be sent or received through the inbox.Â

Removing Instagram account from SleekFlow
You can follow the steps below to remove your connected Instagram account from SleekFlow:
- Go to the Instagram settings page by following the steps here
- Click the button next to the account you want to remove and select “Remove”
 - A warning message will appear. Click “Remove” to confirm the action.
 - Your account will be removed successfully from SleekFlow.
