You can follow the steps below to get your AI Growth Widget code snippet

1. Click on the icon to go to the “Channels” page
2. In the left-sided panel, click on “AI Growth Widget” to go to the “AI Growth Widget” channel settings page
   
3. In the AI Growth Widget channel settings page, click the “Get code snippet” located at the top-right corner of the page
   
4. A pop-up modal will appear with the script code
   
5. Click “Copy code snippet” at the bottom right corner
6. The code snippet will be copied to your clipboard

Installing AI Growth Widget via Wix’s Custom Code

To install the AI Growth Widget on your Wix site, you’ll need to embed the widget snippet using Wix’s Custom Code feature.

When following Wix’s guide, make sure to:

• Place your code in Body – end (recommended for faster loading)
• Apply to all pages so the widget appears site-wide
• Enable and publish after saving your snippet

Remove Wix Chat (Optional)

If you’ve previously used Wix Chat and only want to display the AI Growth Widget, you can remove the built-in chat element:

1. Open the “Wix Editor”.
2. Select the “Wix Chat element” on your page.
3. Click “Delete”.
4. Publish your site again to apply the change.

Troubleshooting and verification

If your widget doesn’t appear or behave as expected, check the following:

• Widget not showing: Make sure the snippet is enabled, applied to all pages, placed at Body – end, and the site is published.
• Preview vs Live: Some scripts don’t fully load in Preview mode. Always verify on your live site.
• Consent banners or ad blockers: Ensure the snippet’s category is allowed, and test again with all browser extensions turned off.
• Overlapping elements: If the widget is hidden behind sticky bars or banners, increase its z-index or reposition overlapping elements.
