This flow template helps you automatically respond to incoming messages that contain specific keywords.
It is useful for handling frequently asked questions, routing common inquiries, or providing instant acknowledgment to customers without manual intervention.
Example use case
Scenario: Your business receives frequent WhatsApp messages from customers asking about pricing. Instead of replying manually each time, you want to send an automatic response when someone mentions “pricing” or “price”.
With this template, SleekFlow can automatically:
- Detect the keyword “pricing” or “price” in the incoming message
- Send an instant reply with your pricing details or a link to your pricing page
This helps your team handle high-volume inquiries efficiently while ensuring customers receive a timely response.
How the flow works
When a customer sends a message:
- The Customer sends you a message trigger checks whether the message meets your keyword condition.
- If the condition is met, the Send message action sends the configured reply.
- The flow then ends.
The template includes the following nodes:
| Node | Description |
| Customer sends you a message | Starts the flow when a customer sends you a message that matches your keyword conditions |
| Send message | Sends a reply message to the customer |

- In Flow Builder, click “Create new flow”
- In the template selection step, select “Reply by keyword”
Set up the "Customer sends you a message" trigger
- Click on the “Customer sends you a message” trigger node to open its node form, which will appear on the right side of the screen

All enrollment conditions within the same flow use AND logic. This means the incoming message must meet every condition before the flow can start.
If you want the flow to trigger when a message contains any one of several keywords (OR logic), create separate flows for each keyword.
