Connect your Telegram account with SleekFlow to see and reply to messages in your team inbox.Â
Before connecting your Telegram channel to SleekFlow, you will need the following items:Â
- A Telegram account
- A Telegram Bot

A Telegram bot is an automated program that interacts with users on the Telegram messaging platform. It facilitates connecting Telegram accounts to streamline communication, automate tasks, and integrate with other services for improved efficiency.

Creating a Telegram bot
You can follow the steps below to create your Telegram bot:
- Sign in to your Telegram account
- Go to Contacts and search for “@BotFather”
- Click Start to begin creating a Telegram bot
- Type “/newbot” to send a command
- Enter the name of your bot in the message box
- Enter the username for your bot. The username must end with “bot”
- Your Telegram bot is now created! You will receive the bot token in the confirmation message
- Copy the bot token and follow the guide in this article to connect your Telegram channel to SleekFlow

Connecting your Telegram account to SleekFlow
You can follow the steps below to connect your Telegram account to SleekFlow:
- Go to “Channels” page by clicking on the
icon on the left navigation bar - Select “Telegram” on the left-side menu to go to the “Telegram channel” page
- Click “Connect” on the top right corner of the screen
 - You will be redirected to the “Connect Telegram” page
 - Fill in the name for your Telegram channel. This name will only be used internally and will not be displayed to your customers
- Paste the bot token you received from the previous step
- Click “Connect”
- Your account is successfully connected! SleekFlow will then generate a unique link and QR code. You can copy the link or save the QR code of your account and share it with any Telegram user to start a conversation directly with you. You can also view the QR code for all your accounts in the settings page
