Connecting your LINE Business Account to SleekFlow enables seamless messaging, automation, and customer engagement through the LINE platform. By integrating LINE, you can manage customer inquiries, send broadcast messages, and track conversations all within SleekFlow. This guide outlines the steps required to connect your LINE Business Account and configure the integration.
Step 1: Configure the integration in LINE official account manager
Before connecting to SleekFlow, you need to enable the Messaging API in your LINE Business account. You can follow the steps below:
- Log in to LINE Official Account Manager
- Click Settings on the top right corner
- In the left sidebar, select Messaging API, then click “Enable Messaging API”
- Enter the following details:
- Name: SleekFlow
- Email: dev@sleekflow.io
- Click “Agree” to proceed
- (Optional) Fill in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for SleekFlow, then click OK.
- You will now be redirected to a new page. Next, you need to configure the Webhook URL in SleekFlow.
Step 2: Obtain the Webhook URL from SleekFlow
- In SleekFlow, click the
icon on the left-navigation bar to go to the Channels pageLocate LINE Business
- In the LINE Business channel page, click “Connect” on the top right corner
- You will be redirected to the ‘Connect LINE Business’ page. Copy the Webhook URL from the page
Step 3: Set up Webhook in LINE Official Account Manager
- Return to the LINE Official Account Manager
- Paste the Webhook URL from the “Connect to LINE Business” page into the designated field
- Click “Save” to confirm
- In the left-side panel, go to “Response settings” and configure the settings as shown in the screenshot below
Step 4: Complete the integration on SleekFlow
- In the Messaging API section of LINE Official Account Manager, copy the following:
- Channel ID
- Channel Secret
- Basic ID (formatted as @XXXXXXXX)
- Return to the “Connect LINE Business” page in SleekFlow
- Paste the Channel ID, Channel Secret, and Basic ID into their respective fields.
- Fill in the “Channel name”, which will only be used internally in SleekFlow.
- Click “Connect” to complete the integration.
