The “TikTok lead received trigger” helps you capture and act on leads submitted through TikTok Lead Generation campaigns. With this trigger, every new form submission on TikTok is instantly synced into SleekFlow, allowing you to automate contact creation, launch follow-up actions, and qualify leads based on conditions you define.
In this article, we’ll guide you through what the trigger does, common use cases, and the steps to configure it in Flow Builder.
TikTok lead received trigger node
The “TikTok lead received” trigger runs the flow whenever a customer submits a lead form in your TikTok Lead Generation campaign.
Here are a few ways you can leverage this trigger:
-
Create contacts automatically
- Instantly turn new TikTok leads into SleekFlow contacts with mapped fields like phone number, email, and name.
-
Automate lead nurturing
- Trigger follow-up WhatsApp messages or assign the lead to a sales rep as soon as it’s received.
-
Qualify leads faster
- Use enrollment conditions to only enroll leads that meet certain criteria, such as location, budget, or interest.
You can follow the steps below to set up the “TikTok lead received” trigger node:

- Add a “Create contact” action node:
This allows you to turn the incoming lead into a contact in SleekFlow automatically. - Set the contact identifier
The contact identifier defines which contact field SleekFlow should use when creating a new contact from a lead. For example, if you select Phone number, SleekFlow will create the contact using the phone number provided in the lead form.- In the Contact identifier type field, select “Phone number”
- In the Contact identifier field, insert the corresponding variable from the lead form.
-
To do this:
- Click the (x) button next to the input field to open the variable picker.
- Select Trigger variables > lead_fields, and choose the relevant field (e.g. phone_number, email, etc.).
- In the Contact identifier type field, select “Phone number”
-
Map additional contact properties (optional)
Beyond the main identifier, you can enrich your SleekFlow contact records with more details collected from the TikTok lead form. This helps your team personalize follow-ups and segment contacts more effectively. For example:- Map the First name field so agents can greet leads personally.
- Map a Subscriber or Consent field to track marketing permissions.
- Map Email or Location to use in later campaigns or routing rules.
To do this:- Click Add under the contact properties section.
- Choose a property from the dropdown (e.g. “Subscriber”, “First name”).
