This article will outline the unsupported message types in SleekFlow with regards to sending and receiving messages via WhatsApp Business API.

Sending messages

In SleekFlow, you are unable to send the following message types via WhatsApp Business API:

  1. Reaction to messages
  2. Contact messages
  3. The following types of Template messages:
    1. Flow messages
    2. Product messages
      1. Catalog messages
      2. Multi-product messages (Carousel)
  4. The following types of Interactive messages
    1. Single and multi product messages
  5. Poll messages
  6. View once message
  7. Location messages
  8. Disappearing messages

Receive messages

In SleekFlow, you are unable to receive the following message types via WhatsApp Business API:

  1. Poll messages
  2. View once messages
  3. Disappearing messages
    1. Disappearing messages timer will be force turned off when your customer turned this function on the text you.
  4. API-generated messages, e.g. authentication codes generated by APIs
