After you have connected your Viber channel to SleekFlow, you can follow the steps below to view and manage your connected Viber channels:
- Go to “Channels” page by clicking on the icon on the left navigation bar
- You will be redirected to the channel settings page
- Click “Viber” on the left-side menu to go to the Viber channel settings page
In this settings page, you will be able to see the list of all Viber channels you have connected to SleekFlow.

Viewing QR code
You can download the QR code for your Viber channel or copy the channel link to share it with customers, enabling them to initiate conversations with you on Viber. Follow the steps below to access your Viber channel’s QR code:
- Go to the Viber channel settings page and find the channel for which you want to view the QR code
- Click on the icon and select “View QR code”
 - A pop-up modal will appear, displaying the QR code for the selected Viber channel
 - You can either copy the channel link by clicking on the icon or click “Download” to save the QR code.

Renaming your Viber channel
By renaming your Viber channel, you will only rename the display name shown in SleekFlow.
You can follow the steps here to rename your Viber channel:
- In the Viber channel settings page, locate the channel you would like to rename
- Click on the icon and select “Rename”
 - Fill in the new name and click “Save”
 - Your channel will be renamed

Removing your Viber channel
You can follow the steps below to remove your Viber channel from SleekFlow:
- In the Viber channel settings page, locate the channel you would like to remove
 - Click on the icon and select “Remove”
- A warning message will appear. Click “Remove” to confirm the action
 - Your account will be removed from SleekFlow. You won’t be able to send or receive any messages from this Viber channel in your Inbox
