Custom object record is created
The “Custom object record is created” trigger activates whenever a new record is created for a selected custom object, such as an order or booking. This trigger is ideal for automating actions when new records are added, like sending out confirmation messages to users.
For example, you can use this trigger to automatically send a confirmation message to a customer when a new booking is made. This ensures that customers promptly receive important information related to their transactions.
Set up the "Custom object record is created" trigger node form by following the steps below:
- Click on the node to open up its form, which will appear on the right side of the screen
- The node form contains the following fields for you to set up the trigger:
