Audit log is a record of activities and changes made within the system. It allows workspace to track user actions and system events, making it easier to monitor operations and investigate any anomalies. This feature provides a comprehensive view of the actions taken in the workspace, offering transparency and accountability.
Access the Audit log
Follow these steps to access the Audit log:
- Click on your profile icon
in the bottom left corner and select “Settings” - Under “Company settings”, click “Audit log”.
Within the Audit log, you’ll see a list of user and system activities tracked by SleekFlow.
Audit log dashboard
Each event in the Audit log contains the following information:
- Date and time
- Category
- Event name
- Description of the event
- Who performed the action (user or system automation)
Each event recorded in the audit log can also be further expanded for additional details relevant to the context of the event.
View grouped events
To keep the Audit log easier to review, consecutive events are grouped into a single row when they:
- Are of the same event type
- Were performed by the same user
- Occurred within a short period
The number shown on the grouped row indicates how many individual events it contains
Filter the Audit log
Use the filters to find specific events:
- Category: View events from a specific category.
- Performed by: View events performed by a specific user.
- Date range: View events recorded within a selected period. You can select a custom date range or use one of the available presets.
To remove all applied filters and return to the full list of events, click “Reset filters.”
Export the Audit log
To export Audit log data:
- Click “Export” in the top-right corner of the Audit log page.
- Select one of the following file formats:
- Export as CSV: Downloads the data as a CSV file.

Export as CSV and NDJSON: Downloads the data as two separate files: one CSV file and one NDJSON file.
Note on permissions: You need both the permission to view the Audit log and the separate “Export” permission to export its data. For further details, refer to our Help Center article on Roles and permissions
Audit log events
Events are categorized as follows:
- Personal settings
- Company settings
- Contact management settings
- Channel management
- Conversations
- Contacts
- Flow builder
Personal settings
| Event name | Description |
| User added to team(s) | A user has been assigned to one or more teams within the workspace. |
| User removed from team(s) | A user has been removed from one or more teams within the workspace. |
Company settings
| Event name | Description |
| User status updated | A user’s online or away status has been updated in the system. |
| User role updated | A user’s role (e.g., Admin, Team admin, Staff) has been modified within the workspace. |
| User's 2FA revoked | Two-factor authentication for a user has been disabled. |
| User deleted | A user account has been permanently removed from the workspace. |
| Team deleted | A team has been deleted from the workspace. |
| Audit log exported | The audit log has been exported from the workspace. |
Contact management settings
| Event name | Description |
| Contact label deleted | A label used to categorize contacts has been deleted. |
Channel management
| Event name | Description |
| Message template unbookmarked | A message template previously bookmarked for quick access has been removed from bookmarks. |
Conversation management
| Event name | Description |
| User assigned to a conversation | A user has been assigned to a specific conversation. |
| Assignee removed from conversation | A user previously assigned to a conversation has been unassigned. |
| User added as a collaborator | A user has been added as a collaborator on a conversation to assist with responses. |
| User removed as a collaborator | A user who was assisting on a conversation has been removed as a collaborator. |
Contacts
| Event name | Description |
| Contact created | A new contact has been added to the workspace. |
| Contact deleted | A contact has been permanently removed from the workspace. |
| Contact owner changed | The ownership of a contact has been transferred to another user. |
| Contact property updated | A contact’s details (e.g., name, phone number, email) have been modified. |
| Contact list created | A new contact list has been created for grouping contacts. |
| Contact list deleted | A contact list has been permanently deleted from the workspace. |
| Contact list exported | A contact list has been exported out of SleekFlow. |
Flow Builder
| Event name | Description |
| Flow deleted | A flow created using Flow Builder has been deleted. |
Authentication

| Sign in | A user has signed in to SleekFlow |
| Sign out | A user has signed out of SleekFlow |
